: "Our program lets you control what you spend on extras. Completing your wish list and doing your homework will help control expenses during the construction process.
How long have your trades been working for the company?
We work with the same trades on every house. We handle 50% of the construction ourselves in house."

How often do you visit the job site each week?

: "We pride ourselves with being on the jobsite every day, and we encourage our customer to visit their home daily to see the progress".

Who will I be working with during construction?

: "Mario or Joe Ruggiero - owners of the company handle all construction."

Do you belong to a local trade association?

: "We are members of the Home Builders Association of Cleveland."

Do you have a list of references, including other homeowners, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultant’s architects and engineers?

: "Yes we keep a list of good, reputable tradesmen we’ve used over the years and can provide it to you at your request."

Have you had any liens against you?

: No we pride ourselves on paying our bills on time.

What is the average completion time of construction?

: "It can all depend on weather, but on average 5 to 6 months How does the loan process work? We work with only reputable lenders in the local area. They can explain how The Construction to Perm financing works."
