Ruggiero Custom Homes is a Custom Home Builder owned and operated by father and son. The Ruggiero family formed their company in the late 1980's with the knowledge that superior craftsmanship and professionalism would set them apart. During the early years Mario and Joe saw the lack of choices in custom home building. They founded their business to give people an alternative to pre-built and repetitive single family residences.

Over the years, Ruggiero Custom Homes Company has become known for their manner, exceptional value and custom design. The family has built over 200 middle and upper-end, single family homes in Northeast Ohio, each ranging from $200 to $800 thousand.
We welcome our homeowners to walk through and see their new house anytime during construction. We want our buyers to see what they are purchasing and to request changes if necessary before construction is complete. We do this because we understand it can be hard for homeowners to visualize what’s on paper. But if you are in the house during the course of construction, you can actually see the layout and decide to move a wall or change a doorway. This is why a home isn’t a square box to us; instead it’s a reflection of our buyer.
