We allow you the ability to customize your home from start to finish so taking time upfront to develop your wish list will save time and money throughout the process. Many buyers want to calculate the price per square foot to compare homes, unfortunately, this is not an accurate way to compare a custom home versus a standard model that some other builders sell. With a custom builder you may pay more per square foot for your home, but you will be getting a home that is designed by your to meet your needs and ultimately you will be happy with your custom home for many years to come.

We start by selecting a location where you would like to live (Your Lot).

Once you have found your lot, we begin customizing your floor plan to fit your individual needs and constraints. We then decide on the base price of the home which shall include our standard features.
We will also discuss pricing on your "wish list" items which are specific features each customer wants beyond the standard features.

Ask us how many choices of a particular feature are available. We give you the ability to choose exactly what you want in any style and color at various price ranges. With our allowance system, you control your budget based on your selection.

Ask how you can personalize your home. Some builders are not flexible with floor plans or do not offer upgrades. Ruggiero Custom Home Builders allows you to customize your home from start to finish.
